About Department of Electrolytic Plasma Processing

One of the activities of IRUE "Technopark BNTU "Polytechnic" is finishing electrolytic plasma processing (EPP) of metal products made from: iron, nickel, chromium, low carbon, tool and stainless steel, alloys of aluminium, copper and titanium.

EPP technology provides high-quality metal surface polishing to a mirror shine (up to Ra = 0,2 - 0,04 µm), deburring and blunting of sharp edges, cleaning of welded seams, removing of blueing, dross and dirt, degreasing and preparing for coating.

We also offer technology and equipment for the oxidation of aluminum and its alloys. Anodic oxidation allows you to create on the product surface oxide films with high hardness and wear resistance, with excellent electrical insulating properties and decorative appearance.

Our company offers you the following forms of cooperation:

  • quick and quality work for electrolytic plasma processing (polishing) of stainless steel products on our production area in Minsk;
  • development and transfer of design documentation for equipment for EPP and oxidation, technological documentation for the processes of EPP and oxidation in accordance with the requirements of the customer;
  • development and manufacturing of technological equipment for the technical requirements of the customer, training of specialists.

Today our regular customers are both Belarusian and foreign companies from Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, Bulgaria, Germany, India and China. Our company has been and remains open to new contacts. We always welcome your interest in our products and services.
